Modern Slavery Statement
Last updated: 3 August 2026
Our commitment
Luminaracorp LLP is committed to opposing forced labour, bonded labour, trafficking in persons, slavery and practices similar to slavery, servitude, beggary, unlawful compulsory labour, and prohibited child or adolescent labour in its operations and supply chain.
This is a voluntary India-aligned statement. It is not made under an Indian statutory annual modern slavery statement duty; instead, it describes Luminaracorp LLP’s standards and expectations in light of the Constitution of India Articles 23 and 24, the Bonded Labour System (Abolition) Act, 1976, the Child and Adolescent Labour (Prohibition and Regulation) Act, 1986, and Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 sections 143 to 146.
Our business
Luminaracorp LLP is an India-based data and AI consultancy with its registered office at Luminaracorp LLP, Manglore Shikar Purb SR, Manglore, Bulandshahr - 203150, Uttar Pradesh, India, and headquarters in Greater Noida West, Uttar Pradesh, India.
Our supply chain is expected to consist primarily of technology vendors, software providers, professional advisers, contractors and business support services.
Policies and governance
Luminaracorp LLP expects ethical conduct, respect for human rights and compliance with applicable labour laws. Its governance standards are intended to be supported by policies or procedures covering:
- Code of Conduct expectations
- Anti-bribery and corruption standards
- Whistleblowing or grievance reporting expectations
- Supplier standards and contractual obligations
These standards set expectations for lawful work, voluntary employment, fair treatment, and escalation of concerns where modern slavery or human trafficking risks are identified.
Due diligence and risk assessment
Luminaracorp LLP takes a risk-based approach to modern slavery risk, recognising that technology and professional-services supply chains may still involve indirect risks through labour providers, outsourced services or higher-risk geographies.
Our risk-based due diligence expectations include:
- Assessing suppliers at onboarding where risk indicators justify review
- Including appropriate contractual protections where relevant
- Engaging with reputable suppliers and partners
- Reviewing supplier practices where concerns or risk changes arise
Training and awareness
Luminaracorp LLP expects relevant team members and supplier-facing personnel to be aware of the signs of forced labour, bonded labour, trafficking and prohibited child or adolescent labour, and to escalate concerns through appropriate reporting routes.
Reporting concerns
Employees, suppliers, and other stakeholders are encouraged to raise concerns relating to unethical behaviour or potential modern slavery. Reports can be made via contact@luminaracorp.com, and concerns should be reviewed through an appropriate, confidential and non-retaliatory process.
Continuous improvement
Luminaracorp LLP intends to review and improve its modern slavery risk approach as the business grows, as supplier relationships change, and as applicable Indian legal or contractual expectations evolve.
Approval
This voluntary statement has been approved on behalf of Luminaracorp LLP by its designated partners and may be reviewed periodically.
