1. Objective
Last updated: 19 October 2026
Luminaracorp LLP is an Indian limited liability partnership with its registered office at Luminaracorp LLP, Manglore Shikar Purb SR, Manglore, Bulandshahr - 203150, Uttar Pradesh, India, and headquarters in Greater Noida West, Uttar Pradesh, India.
The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to explain, in a simple, transparent and objective manner, how personal data is collected, used, shared and protected when you visit this website or contact Luminaracorp LLP through the implemented website forms and links.
This Policy is drafted for an India-based website and reflects the Information Technology Act, 2000, section 43A, the Information Technology (Reasonable security practices and procedures and sensitive personal data or information) Rules, 2011, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025 to the extent in force and applicable on the date above.
2. What Personal Data Does Luminaracorp Collect?
Luminaracorp LLP collects only the personal data that the current website is designed to receive or expose through normal browser requests. The website does not provide login-based portals or transaction collection flows.
There are, therefore, the following categories of personal data being processed:
2.1. User Provided Information
When you submit the contact form, the website asks for first name, last name, company, job title, corporate email address, country or region, and your message. These fields are used to understand and respond to your business enquiry.
2.2 Automatically Collected Data
The contact form may also include campaign parameters from the page URL, namely utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_medium, utm_source and utm_term, when those parameters are present. The submission payload also includes the page title and full page URL from which the form is submitted.
The information collected may be shared by Luminaracorp LLP with:
— Cloudflare, the website, infrastructure, database and Turnstile security-verification provider that processes submissions through same-origin website endpoints;
— the first-party decorative map canvas served from this website, which does not send data to a third-party animation host;
— Google Maps, only if you choose to click a map link rendered from local static map images;
— Competent courts, regulators or public authorities where disclosure is required by applicable law or lawful process.
The contact and newsletter forms use Cloudflare Turnstile security verification before accepting a submission. Cloudflare may process standard request metadata needed to provide that verification; Luminaracorp LLP does not store a raw IP address with either submission.
2.3 Explicit Consent and Cookie Control
The contact form copy asks you to consent to Luminaracorp LLP contacting you about your enquiry and related business communications when you click submit. This Policy describes the observed website behaviour and should be read together with the form notice displayed at the point of collection.
— The website does not currently implement a site-wide cookie choice tool.
— The website does not currently implement login-based portals or a stored communications preference tool.
— The footer newsletter field submits your email address to Luminaracorp LLP only after local validation, security verification and a successful response from the website.
— You should not submit sensitive personal data or information covered by the SPDI Rules, 2011 in the free-text message field.
Browser-level cookie controls remain available to you, and third-party providers may provide their own controls through their respective websites or services.
2.4 Mini Bot Chat
Mini Bot is the chat assistant on this website. When you use it, Luminaracorp LLP collects:
— the messages you type, the options you choose and the time of each reply, including what you are working on, how soon you want to start and, where Mini Bot asks, your company size, your role in the decision and, on the Academy page, your background and learning goals;
— your email address, if you give one;
— your name, company and role, as you give them or, for name and company, as worked out from your email address, for example a name from a first.last address or a company from a work email domain;
— your phone number, which Mini Bot asks for so that a specialist can call you, and your WhatsApp number if you choose to give one. Nothing is sent to either number from the chat, and Luminaracorp LLP does not check that either number is yours;
— your company website, if you type it or if your work email address implies it. Mini Bot reads that website’s home page in the background so that a Workers AI model can write a short, unverified note for our team. You are never shown the note;
— an approximate location (city, region and country) taken from your connection. It is shown to our team only, never in your brief or in the PDF. Luminaracorp LLP does not store your IP address;
— the page address (path) you were on when the chat started or was last resumed, and your time zone, which is used to show times in the conversation PDF.
Mini Bot asks for your email address under the line “By continuing, you agree to our privacy policy.” Cloudflare Turnstile checks that you are a person at that step, and Cloudflare may process standard request metadata needed to provide the check. Until the check is passed, Mini Bot understands what you type without AI.
If you do not give an email address, Mini Bot stores the conversation without contact details and does not send it to anyone.
If you give an email address but not both a name and a phone number, Luminaracorp LLP keeps what you gave as a partial enquiry. Nothing is emailed to you or to our team and nothing is sent to Telegram for a partial enquiry. If you later complete a chat with the same email address, the same record is updated and our team is told.
AI: after the Turnstile check, the text you type is sent to Cloudflare Workers AI together with the last few messages of the conversation and the passages of this website that relate to your question, so that Mini Bot can understand your answer and answer questions from this website’s content. If you ask Mini Bot in words to change a detail at the check of your details, the model also receives the details Mini Bot holds for you (name, email address, phone number, WhatsApp number, company, role and what you need) with your message.
Emails: once you have given your email address, a name and a phone number and confirmed your details at the check step, Mini Bot emails you your brief with a PDF of the conversation. If you leave before confirming, you are sent no brief. The email is sent from minibot@luminaracorp.com through Cloudflare Email Service when you end the chat or after it has been quiet for a while, and a reply to it reaches our team.
Internal notifications: our team is alerted in Telegram, with alerts sent to each team member authorised to use the console, and manages the enquiry there. Team members record the stage of the enquiry, notes and follow-up dates, and Mini Bot sends them reminders. A team member can open your conversation, or download it as a text file, from the alert. Where Telegram is not available, the enquiry is emailed to our team at contact@luminaracorp.com instead, with your approximate location, how well the enquiry appears to fit and the website note. If you tell Mini Bot that you are an existing client with an urgent issue, what you said is marked urgent for the team.
Mini Bot keeps a conversation reference in your browser’s session storage, not in a cookie, so that following a link does not lose the chat. If you start over before a chat has been sent to our team, that conversation is discarded; one already sent is kept.
You should not type sensitive personal data or information covered by the SPDI Rules, 2011 into the chat. Luminaracorp LLP treats Mini Bot conversations, including partial enquiries, as website enquiry data for the retention expectations in section 7.
3. Managing Cookie Preferences
Luminaracorp LLP does not currently provide an on-site cookie preference tool. The contact and newsletter implementations do not read an existing advertising or CRM tracking cookie.
Because the current website does not implement an on-site cookie choice tool, accepting or rejecting cookies through a Luminaracorp LLP panel is not available on this website at this time.
3.1 Site Settings
If Luminaracorp LLP later adds analytics tags, advertising pixels, preference tooling or additional third-party scripts, this Policy and the relevant collection notices should be updated before or at the time those features are enabled.
The decorative map canvas is loaded as part of the page design. It is served from this website and does not contact a third-party animation host when the page loads.
Map cards use local static images. Google receives data only if you click a Google Maps link, at which point your browser navigates to Google’s service under Google’s own terms and privacy practices.
— No Luminaracorp LLP cookie categories are currently exposed for on-site selection.
— No newsletter email address is transmitted by the footer newsletter form in the observed implementation.
3.2 Browser Settings
You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Browser controls may affect cookies and storage set by third-party services when you visit or navigate to those services.
- Google Chrome: Go to “Settings” > “Privacy and Security” > “Cookies and other site data” and adjust your preferences.
- Safari: Go to “Preferences” > “Privacy” and select “Manage Website Data” to adjust your settings.
3.3 Opt-Out of Cookies
Because Luminaracorp LLP does not currently provide a website settings area for cookies or newsletters, privacy questions and withdrawal or objection requests should be sent to contact@luminaracorp.com.
Disabling cookies in your browser may affect third-party services or future website features. Newsletter subscriptions are transmitted only when you submit the footer form and the website confirms that request.
4. How Luminaracorp Uses Collected Information
Luminaracorp LLP uses contact form information to review and respond to your enquiry, understand the organisation and role associated with the enquiry, route business communications, maintain an appropriate record of the request, and improve the clarity of its website forms.
Campaign parameters, page title and page URL are used to understand the source and context of an enquiry and to avoid losing the context in which you requested contact.
Where marketing communications are appropriate, Luminaracorp LLP will use the contact details you provided in a manner consistent with the form notice, your choices, and applicable Indian law. You may ask us to stop such communications by emailing contact@luminaracorp.com.
Luminaracorp LLP uses Mini Bot information to answer your enquiry, to send you your brief by email with a PDF of the conversation attached once you have confirmed your details, and to pass the enquiry to a specialist on its team. The team is alerted to, and manages, complete Mini Bot enquiries in Telegram, which receives the lead’s name, company and company size, role, email address, phone and WhatsApp numbers, what they asked about and when they want to start, the website note and, when a team member opens or downloads it, the conversation. Your approximate location is shown to the team only, never in your brief or in the PDF.
Depending on the context, processing may be based on your affirmative submission, steps taken at your request, certain legitimate uses recognised by applicable law, compliance with law, or other grounds recognised under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 to the extent those provisions are in force and applicable.
For Mini Bot, processing is based on your affirmative submission and steps taken at your request and, where you give an email address, on the consent you give by continuing under the line “By continuing, you agree to our privacy policy.”, in each case to the extent those provisions are in force and applicable.
5. How, When and With Whom Luminaracorp Shares Your Information
Luminaracorp LLP shares personal data only where the current website implementation or a lawful business, security or compliance need requires it. Contact and newsletter submissions are received and stored through Luminaracorp LLP’s Cloudflare-hosted website infrastructure. Contact form and resource request submissions are also added to the same lead record for Luminaracorp LLP’s team, which is alerted in Telegram with the sender’s name, company, role, email address, country, page and the start of the message.
Luminaracorp LLP may share the personal data collected with third parties, always limited to the purposes stated in this Privacy Policy and the context in which you provided the information.
— Service Providers: Luminaracorp LLP uses third-party providers to operate website features, including:
— Cloudflare: Provides website delivery, D1 database storage, rate limiting and Turnstile verification for contact and newsletter submissions made through same-origin website endpoints.
— Cloudflare, for Mini Bot: Workers run the chat; D1 stores the conversation and your details; Workers AI understands what you type, answers questions from this website’s content, reads the note on your company website and receives the text you type with the relevant passages from this website; Browser Rendering produces the PDF of the conversation; Email Service delivers your brief to you (and, where Telegram is not available, the enquiry to our team); Turnstile checks that you are a person at the email step.
— Telegram: Receives internal alerts about Mini Bot, contact form and resource request enquiries and is used by our team to manage them. For Mini Bot these include the lead’s name, company, role, email address, phone and WhatsApp numbers, approximate location, answers and, when a team member opens or downloads it, the conversation. Anonymous chats, which have no email address, and partial enquiries are not sent to Telegram.
— Decorative map: The page hero uses a first-party dotted world-map canvas served from this website. It does not load a third-party animation iframe.
— Google Maps: Receives data only if you click a Google Maps link from a local static map card.
— Website and infrastructure providers: Hosting, delivery, security or operational providers may process limited technical data needed to make the website available, but the repository reviewed for this Policy does not identify those providers or their logs.
— Legal and government authorities: Luminaracorp LLP may disclose information to public, judicial, governmental, law-enforcement or regulatory authorities where required by applicable law, lawful process, or to protect legal rights.
— Corporate transactions: Information may be transferred if required for a merger, restructuring, financing, transfer of business or similar transaction involving Luminaracorp LLP.
Luminaracorp LLP does not use the current website code to share contact data with transaction intermediaries, site-wide analytics providers or advertising pixels.
Third-party providers may process request metadata, such as IP address, user agent, referrer or similar transport information, as part of ordinary browser-to-service communications. Their own privacy terms and configurations should be consulted for provider-side processing details.
Luminaracorp LLP expects service providers that process personal data for the website to process it only for authorised purposes and in accordance with applicable data protection and confidentiality obligations.
This Policy does not describe personal data that you provide directly to third-party websites after clicking away from Luminaracorp LLP’s website.
If a future website feature introduces new recipients or categories of sharing, Luminaracorp LLP should update this Policy and the related collection notices.
6. International Data Transfer
Luminaracorp LLP is based in India, but the current website uses third-party providers whose services may process personal data or request metadata outside India. Cloudflare provides website infrastructure and security verification.
Any cross-border processing will be handled subject to applicable Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, the SPDI Rules, 2011 where relevant, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and Rules, 2025 to the extent in force and applicable, including any restrictions or requirements notified by the Central Government.
Telegram, used for internal team alerts about Mini Bot, contact form and resource request enquiries, may also process that data outside India.
The exact destination countries, hosting locations, subprocessors, retention periods and contractual safeguards for Cloudflare are governed by that provider’s service terms and configurations and are not fully visible from this repository.
7. How Luminaracorp Protects Your Information
Luminaracorp LLP is expected to maintain reasonable security practices and procedures appropriate to the nature of the personal data and the risks of the processing. This Policy does not claim a particular certification or specific security programme unless separately verified.
— Transport security: The contact and newsletter forms submit to same-origin HTTPS website endpoints, where security verification and rate limiting run before database writes.
— Data minimisation: The current contact form collects business enquiry details and omits login credentials, transaction fields and file uploads.
— Message-field caution: Users should avoid entering sensitive personal data or information in free-text fields because the message is stored as part of the enquiry.
— Access expectations: Personal data should be accessed only by personnel or providers who need it for authorised business, support, security, legal or compliance purposes.
— Provider expectations: Third-party providers that process website personal data should be subject to appropriate confidentiality, security and data-processing obligations where required by law or contract.
— Incident handling: Where a personal data breach or cyber incident occurs, Luminaracorp LLP will assess notification duties under applicable Indian law, including CERT-In directions for covered cyber incidents where applicable and DPDP breach-notification obligations to the extent in force and applicable.
— Retention expectations: Website enquiry data should be retained only for as long as necessary for the enquiry, business relationship, legal compliance, dispute handling, security or record-keeping purposes, unless a longer or shorter period is required by law.
No website can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Users should take care when choosing what information to submit and should not include unnecessary or sensitive details in free-text messages.
If Luminaracorp LLP implements additional security controls or obtains certifications in the future, this Policy should be updated only to the extent those controls or certifications are verified.
Security questions about website personal data can be directed to the privacy and grievance contact listed in section 10.
8. Document Classification and Labeling
Luminaracorp LLP treats personal data and sensitive information according to the sensitivity, purpose and risk associated with the information. This section states handling expectations rather than claiming a verified enterprise-wide classification programme.
— Public: Information intended for public disclosure, such as general website content and public company information.
— Internal: Information intended for Luminaracorp LLP business use and not generally published externally.
— Confidential: Personal data, business enquiry details, provider records or other information that should be limited to authorised use.
— Restricted: Information that could create heightened legal, security or individual risk if disclosed and should not be submitted through free-text website forms unless expressly requested through an appropriate channel.
These categories are intended to guide careful handling of website information and do not mean that Luminaracorp LLP collects every type of information listed in the SPDI Rules, 2011.
9. Your Rights
Subject to applicable Indian law and the phased commencement of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and Rules, 2025, you may request assistance with the following rights in relation to personal data processed through this website:
— Access to information about personal data processed about you and the purposes of processing;
— Correction of inaccurate or misleading personal data;
— Completion or updating of personal data that is incomplete or outdated;
— Erasure of personal data where retention is no longer necessary for the purpose collected and is not required for legal, compliance, security or dispute purposes;
— Withdrawal of consent where processing is based on consent, without affecting processing already carried out before withdrawal;
— Grievance redressal through the contact channel identified in this Policy;
— Nomination rights under the DPDP framework to the extent those provisions are in force and applicable;
— Review and correction rights for sensitive personal data or information under the SPDI Rules, 2011 where those rules apply.
These rights may be exercised by sending a sufficiently detailed request to Luminaracorp LLP so that the relevant data, identity and request type can be assessed.
If you need assistance to exercise your rights, contact Luminaracorp LLP using the privacy and grievance contact in section 10.
Because the current website does not provide login-based user services, deletion of website enquiry data will not cancel a separate login-based service.
Luminaracorp LLP may decline or limit a request where retention or processing is required by applicable law, legal claims, security needs, fraud prevention, or other permitted grounds.
If DPDP complaint routes to the Data Protection Board of India are in force and applicable to the relevant processing, you may have the right to approach the Board after first using Luminaracorp LLP’s grievance redressal mechanism.
10. Disclosure of Personal Data
By submitting the contact form, you provide the listed personal data for Luminaracorp LLP to receive, review and respond to your enquiry and, where appropriate, contact you about related services or business communications.
Luminaracorp LLP does not ask you to disclose sensitive personal data or information through the website contact form. If such information is submitted voluntarily in the message field, it may still be stored as part of the form submission.
If Luminaracorp LLP needs to use or share personal data for a materially different purpose that requires additional notice or consent under applicable Indian law, it will take appropriate steps before doing so.
10.1. Contact for Questions Related to Personal Data
If you have questions, requests or grievances about personal data processed through this website, use the following Luminaracorp LLP contact details:
— Email: contact@luminaracorp.com
— Registered office: Luminaracorp LLP, Manglore Shikar Purb SR, Manglore, Bulandshahr - 203150, Uttar Pradesh, India

Please include enough detail to identify the relevant interaction, such as the email address used in the contact form, the approximate submission date, and the nature of your request. Do not include unnecessary sensitive personal data in the request.
10.2. Response Time and Procedure for Requests
Luminaracorp LLP will assess privacy and grievance requests within the periods required by applicable Indian law. For SPDI grievances under the SPDI Rules, 2011, this may include resolution within one month where those rules apply; under the DPDP Rules, 2025, grievance response periods apply to the extent those rules are in force and applicable.
Upon receipt of your request, Luminaracorp LLP may follow the following procedure:
— Acknowledge or otherwise record the request through the contact channel used;
— Request information reasonably needed to verify that the request relates to you or to an authorised representative;
— Review the nature of the request, the data involved, the legal basis for retention or disclosure, and the available response under applicable law;
— Inform you of the outcome or of any lawful reason why the request cannot be fulfilled in whole or in part.
If additional time or clarification is needed because of complexity, identity verification, legal restrictions or provider involvement, Luminaracorp LLP will communicate through an appropriate contact route.
11. Updates to this Privacy Policy
Luminaracorp LLP may update this Policy to reflect changes in website features, third-party providers, Indian legal requirements, or business practices. The last-updated date appears at the beginning of this Policy, and material changes should be published with an updated version of the Policy.
12. Legislation and Jurisdiction
This Policy is governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory rights and remedies available under applicable law, questions arising from this Policy or website personal data processing will be addressed under Indian law and by courts, regulators or authorities having jurisdiction in India.
