Our commitment
Luminaracorp LLP is committed to a clear, fair, and practical hybrid workplace model. We design how and where work happens so that delivery quality, client outcomes, collaboration, security, and people’s ability to do focused work stay in balance.
This Workplace Policy describes Luminaracorp LLP’s standards and expectations for hybrid work. It is a voluntary company policy for information and internal alignment. It does not replace employment contracts, offer letters, role-specific instructions, client confidentiality obligations, or applicable Indian law. Where this Policy and a written employment or engagement term conflict, the written term controls unless Luminaracorp LLP states otherwise in writing.
Our business
Luminaracorp LLP is an India-based data and AI consultancy with its registered office at Luminaracorp LLP, Manglore Shikar Purb SR, Manglore, Bulandshahr - 203150, Uttar Pradesh, India, and headquarters in Greater Noida West, Uttar Pradesh, India. Public operating locations referenced on luminaracorp.com include Greater Noida West, with additional India locations as the business expands.
Our work is primarily professional and technology-enabled. It may include strategy, design and build, enablement, and post-go-live support for enterprise clients, as well as internal operations that support that delivery.
Scope
This Policy applies to:
- employees of Luminaracorp LLP;
- interns and trainees engaged by Luminaracorp LLP, where relevant; and
- contractors, consultants, and other individual service providers working under Luminaracorp LLP direction, to the extent their written terms incorporate these expectations or their engagement reasonably requires them.
Client-site rules, partner premises rules, and local law may impose additional requirements. Those requirements apply in addition to this Policy.
Workplace model
Luminaracorp LLP operates a hybrid workplace model as its primary arrangement.
Hybrid means work may be performed:
- from a Luminaracorp LLP workplace or designated company location;
- remotely from an appropriate private work environment; and/or
- at a client site or other approved third-party location,
depending on role, project needs, delivery milestones, security requirements, and reasonable business direction.
Luminaracorp LLP does not treat hybrid as unrestricted remote work by default, and does not treat office presence as an end in itself. Presence is expected when it materially improves delivery, collaboration, onboarding, client work, or operational coordination.
On-site expectations
Team members may be asked to attend a Luminaracorp LLP workplace, client site, or other approved location for reasons including:
- project kick-offs, workshops, reviews, and go-lives;
- client meetings and on-site delivery;
- onboarding, mentoring, and capability building;
- team planning, governance, and cross-functional coordination; and
- activities that require secure environments, controlled access, or in-person collaboration.
Typical on-site rhythm is set by role and active work, not by a single universal calendar for every person. Managers and delivery leads may set clearer patterns for a team or engagement where delivery needs it. Reasonable notice will be given where practicable; urgent client or operational needs may require shorter notice.
Travel, client-site attendance, and related logistics follow the instructions and expense rules communicated for the relevant engagement.
Remote work expectations
When working remotely, team members are expected to:
- maintain a work environment suitable for confidential professional work;
- be reachable during agreed working hours and collaboration windows;
- meet delivery commitments, quality standards, and response norms for their role;
- protect devices, accounts, documents, and client information;
- join required meetings on time with a setup that supports clear communication; and
- ensure remote work does not reduce availability for scheduled client or internal commitments.
Remote work is a mode of performing employment or engagement duties. It is not a reduction in working time, output standard, or professional conduct standard.
Working hours and collaboration
Standard collaboration is organised around India business needs and the requirements of active client work. Exact hours may vary by role, engagement, and written terms.
Team members are expected to:
- plan work so handoffs, reviews, and client commitments are met;
- communicate availability, leave, and constraints promptly;
- respect focus time where the work allows; and
- escalate blockers early rather than waiting for deadlines to fail.
Flexible arrangements may be agreed where they do not harm delivery, client obligations, team coordination, or compliance requirements.
Locations
Primary public headquarters reference: Greater Noida West, Uttar Pradesh, India.
Luminaracorp LLP may designate additional workplaces, co-working arrangements, client locations, or temporary work locations as business needs evolve. Use of a non-standard work location that affects tax, immigration, data residency, client contract, or security obligations requires prior written approval.
Registered office details remain as stated in company records and on luminaracorp.com.
Equipment, systems, and information security
Hybrid work depends on secure use of company-approved systems and careful handling of information.
Team members must:
- use authorised accounts, devices, and tools for company and client work unless a written exception applies;
- follow access-control, password, multi-factor authentication, and device-security requirements;
- avoid discussing confidential matters in public or semi-public spaces where they can be overheard;
- not store client or company confidential information in unapproved personal apps, personal cloud accounts, or shared household devices;
- report lost devices, suspected account compromise, or data incidents promptly; and
- return company property when asked or when the engagement ends.
Information handled while working remotely remains subject to confidentiality, intellectual property, privacy, and client contractual obligations.
Health, safety, and conduct
Luminaracorp LLP expects professional conduct at every work location, including remote settings used for company work.
Team members should:
- maintain a safe work setup so far as reasonably practicable;
- follow lawful and reasonable instructions;
- treat colleagues, clients, and partners with respect;
- avoid harassment, discrimination, and unsafe behaviour; and
- raise workplace concerns through appropriate internal channels.
This Policy sits alongside applicable labour, workplace safety, and anti-discrimination obligations under Indian law and any role-specific rules issued by Luminaracorp LLP.
Role-based and engagement-based variation
Some roles are more location-flexible than others. Client-facing delivery, secure-environment work, early-stage onboarding, and certain operations roles may require more on-site or co-located time. Fully remote or more office-centred patterns may be used only where expressly agreed in writing for a role or period.
Managers may document team-level working norms for an engagement provided those norms stay within this Policy and applicable written terms.
Equal application and reasonable adjustments
Hybrid arrangements are applied with regard to role requirements and business need. Luminaracorp LLP may consider reasonable adjustments where appropriate and lawful, without creating an automatic entitlement to a preferred location pattern.
